Introduction

Welcome to Studio Bunny! By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

Services

Studio Bunny offers custom graphic design services including brand identity, website design, packaging and print design, social media templates, and digital products. The scope of each project is outlined on our website or agreed upon in writing prior to work commencing.

Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, and creative work produced by Studio Bunny remain the intellectual property of Studio Bunny until payment has been received in full. Upon receipt of full payment, ownership of the agreed final deliverables is transferred to the client. Studio Bunny retains the right to use completed work in its portfolio, on its website, and across its social media channels for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Payment Terms

  • A deposit is required before any work commences. The deposit amount will be outlined in your project quote or invoice.

  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable. By paying your deposit, you acknowledge and agree to this condition. The deposit secures your project booking and covers initial work undertaken.

  • Remaining balances are due as outlined in your project contract or invoice. Final deliverables will not be released until payment has been received in full.

  • Failure to make payment by the agreed due date may result in work being paused until the outstanding balance is settled.

Revisions

Each service package includes a set number of revision rounds as outlined in your project scope or contract. Revisions requested beyond the included rounds will be charged at Studio Bunny's current hourly rate. Significant changes to the agreed project scope, direction, or deliverables may be treated as out-of-scope and quoted separately.

Refunds and Cancellations

Graphic Design Services

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Refunds are not available for completed design work.

  • If you need to cancel a project that is in progress, please contact us immediately at ebony@studiobunny.com.au. Refunds for uncompleted stages may be considered, less the non-refundable deposit and a cancellation fee of 25% of the total project cost.

  • Refunds may be considered in extraordinary circumstances at Studio Bunny's sole discretion.

Digital Products

  • Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all final deliverables before use. Studio Bunny is not liable for any errors, omissions, or issues identified after client approval has been given. Clients are also responsible for ensuring that any content, imagery, or information they provide does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio Bunny is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our designs, products, or services. Our total liability in connection with any project will not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that project.

Changes to These Terms

Studio Bunny reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
